Stéphanie Lareau

Trained as a social worker with over 20 years' experience in the field of addiction, I worked in the community for 18 years before joining the CLSC Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, where I currently work on the Proximité and SIDE TAO teams. My background is deeply rooted in harm reduction and advocacy for people who use drugs. I'm committed to promoting practices that are respectful, inclusive and rooted in lived realities, putting dignity, self-determination and equitable access to services first.

Financial analyst who has worked in various sectors such as government, defense, technology and commodities trading.

Alicia Baron

Administrator, community member

Former An entrepreneur with a degree in industrial design, Alicia draws on her experience in human resources management and graphic design to contribute to Logis Phare's long-term success.

Caitlin Manicom

Administrator, community member

Caitlin is a parent, community member and harm reduction activist for whom supporting families is deeply important. For nearly a decade, she has supported women and families in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside facing poverty, homelessness, addictions and mental health challenges. She has extensive experience in crisis management, coordinating a large-scale social housing program for women and women-led families, valorizing lived expertise and implementing harm reduction strategies. He is currently completing his master's degree in social work at McGill University. She is honoured to support the work accomplished at Logis Phare!
